This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes the policies and procedures of  Drop Ship Packaging Ltd., having its principal place of business at 29, Chessfield Park, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, HP6 6RU, England, together with its affiliates, sister concerns, holding or subsidiary entities (the “Company”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”) for the collection, use, storage, transfer and disclosure of information by us, through our website, https://www.dropshippackaging.com (the “Website”), which includes its applications, widgets or online services owned or controlled by the Company. This Policy applies to all users and visitors of the Website of the Company.

Your privacy is important to us. We therefore, endeavour to protect your data through reasonable application of best in industry practices to ensure your continued trust in us. Please go through this Privacy Policy carefully in order to understand how the Website collects, stores, uses, discloses, retains, and protects your information. If you do not provide the information which the Website requires, we may only be able to provide limited Services (as defined in our Terms of Use) to you. The Website rests on cloud based web servers hosted by our third party service provider (currently Wix).

However, you have utmost control over your data, and you are hereby being informed about your choices regarding the use, access, correction and deletion (wherever applicable) of your information. ​2.2 We are primarily engaged in the domain of packaging solutions and design, providing the services of sourcing products through our network of reliable suppliers and that of branding, helping companies to design brands that distinguish them (the “Services”).

2.3 If you intend to procure our Services and would like to contact us, or obtain quotation for your order, you will submit certain information to us to enable us  in providing you the assistance and Services required. The information that we collect includes,

    2.3.1 Basic Information: Personal data, which you may share with us while contacting us on our Website to avail our Services including your first and last name and contact information like your email address and/or phone number.

    2.3.2 Service related Information: You may provide us the details of your requirement including the product details that you would like us to source, or the design of packaging or product that you intend to get manufactured and other details pertaining to the quotation which you wish to request.

    2.3.3 Other Information: Subsequently, if you choose to procure our Services, you will provide us your address for the delivery of the products, the address for invoicing and the contact details of the authorised person to reach out pertaining to the order.

    2.3.4 Financial Information: We do not accept any online payments on our Website. For any services that you secure from us after receiving the quotation, the payment terms shall be as agreed with you through a purchase order signed with you.

    2.3.5 Device Identification data: We collect device information including information which may assist us to identify your device, including your IP Address, login information, browser type and version, your operating system, etc.

3. MEANS OF COLLECTION OF YOUR DATA

     3.1.1 Data that you provide to us in the form provided for contacting us or to request a quotation of the services required by you.

     4.2.2 For enhancement of our Website navigation: We process your data, your feedback, the issues encountered while using our Website or technical glitches encountered by you to continuously upgrade and improve the navigation.

     4.2.3 To send you the shipment details like consignment number, or to seek any delivery or shipment related information, to raise invoice for payment and to address any issues pertaining to the purchase order.

6.3 We may share certain aggregated, anonymized information with third parties (for example, Google Analytics) in order to assess the Website usage and information pertaining to the ease of navigation. This information does not include any personally identifiable information.

7.3 Your data is safely and securely stored on a third-party database, i.e. WIX, specifically employed by us for the purpose of secure storage of your personal data. However, access to such forms will be restricted to only the authorised personnel of the Company. 

7.4 It is important for you to protect yourself against unauthorised access to your password and to your computers, devices and applications. You must be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

We may change this Policy in order to meet with the changing requirements of the business or law, from time-to-time, per our sole discretion. Further, the Effective date subsequent to changes shall be indicated at the top section of this Policy with the title: “Last Updated On”.
