Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Growth and Focus for Our Boutique Packaging Agency

As we close out 2024, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a transformative year for our boutique packaging procurement agency. This year brought challenges, revelations, and significant achievements that set the stage for an exciting 2025. Here’s a recap of our journey and key milestones from 2024.

Starting Strong with Ambitious Goals


At the start of 2024, we set an ambitious goal: to gain 10-12 new clients by year-end. We launched a comprehensive outreach campaign, sending automated emails to hundreds of businesses using multiple domains strategically aligned with our brand. While these efforts showcased our determination, we quickly realized something was missing.



Overcoming Early Challenges


Despite our efforts during the first eight months, our outreach strategy lacked the direction and conviction necessary to resonate with prospective clients. We were casting a wide net, but our messaging wasn’t connecting. It's always a difficult task trying to persuade companies away from their current suppliers if nothing is wrong other than price. It became clear that we needed to redefine our approach and focus on what we do best.

Rediscovering Our Strengths


Through this process of trial and error, we honed in on our core strengths:


  • Comprehensive Packaging Solutions: From custom design work to logo creation and branding, we offer a full suite of packaging services.

  • Expertise in Manufacturing: We excel at turning creative packaging concepts into reality, ensuring quality and scalability for our clients.


Our capabilities stood out most when working with businesses that needed tailored, end-to-end packaging support. This realization led us to refine our target audience.

Focusing on Startups: A Turning Point


In the final four months of 2024, we made a pivotal decision to solely focus on startups or companies in their young infancy. These companies often require a partner who can provide everything from design and branding to manufacturing. By aligning our services with their needs, we’ve built partnerships that are mutually beneficial and highly impactful. This refined strategy produced immediate results:


  • We onboarded 8 new clients in just four months.

  • Our team delivered a wide variety of design services, including logo creation and branding.

  • We set the stage for several mass-production manufacturing projects slated for Q1 2025.



Building Momentum for 2025


The success of these last few months has provided a strong foundation for 2025. Our goal is to continue focusing on startups and helping them bring their packaging visions to life. By leveraging the lessons we learned in 2024, we’re confident in our ability to exceed expectations and grow our client base even further.
